Sunday Lyra Tricks and Conditioning

This class combines floorwork and foundational aerial tricks on the Lyra to develop your flexibility and strength. All levels.

6:30 pm Sundays

Tuesday Silks Tricks and Conditioning

Building on basic hammock and split panel moves and focusing on further flow development. All levels.

7:40pm Tuesday

Thursday Lyra Tricks and Conditioning

This class focuses on level 2 progressions of sequences and tricks learned on Sunday. Instructor Approval Needed.
